Return & Refund

A. Refund policy regarding App Subscription:

1. Plans and recurring subscription:

1(a) Non-Recurring Annual Subscription:

On Android devices, customers with in India are able to subscribe to only annual plan which offers non-recurring subscription.

1(b) Recurring Annual and Monthly Subscription:

On iOS devices (within or outside India) and on Android devices (outside India) our plans support recurring monthly and/or annual subscription. So, in these cases once subscription is activated, you will be charged as per your billing cycle. In case of non-payment your subscription will be suspended and may be cancelled on persistent failure of payment.

2. Cancelling Subscription

You may cancel recurring your subscription anytime. On cancellation you will be able to use subscribed services for remaining period of your subscribed period, if any but you will not be charged after your period of subscription ends.

3. Refunds

Subscription once charged will not be refunded on cancellation. You may not seek refund for any remaining period of your cancelled subscription.

B. Return and Refund policy regarding Books:

1. Returns:

1(a) Books once sold are not returnable.

1(b) Exception: We have a 7-day return policy, in case wrong item was delivered. Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if a wrong book, which was not ordered, was delivered to you.

1(c) To be eligible for a return under clause 1(b), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1(d) To start a return under clause 1(b), you can contact us at books@sikhsiyasat.com or via Phone/WhatsApp at +918968225990. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address from which these were dispatched.

1(e) If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you shall pay any costs or charges which may be applicable to send back books to our address.

6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
