Delivery and Shipping

For App Subscription:

App subscriptions does not require any shipping or delivery.

Your services are automatically activated in the App after successful payment processing.

If case of any inconvenience or non-activation of service after successful payment processing, write us at app@sikhsiyasat.net.

For Books:

If purchased from our website/s or App/s require shipment and delivery.

Normal Dispatch Period: 

After an order is received and payment is cleared, we dispatch books with in 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery with in Punjab/India:

Delivery within Punjab/India usually takes 4 to 7 days after dispatch.

Delivery overseas:

Delivery abroad usually takes 14 to 18 working days after dispatch.

Tracking Inforamtion:

After dispatching books, we provide tracking information to the customers.

Dispatch Delay under exceptional circumstances:

In case of larger orders or in case of non-availability of books, we may take longer period to dispatch books. Under such circumstances, we duly notify the customer/s.
